1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order.
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Helmets (Once removed from its original packaging, it cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons).
- Bats that show any signs of use (e.g., ball marks, scratches) or have been removed from their original packaging.
- Any personalized or custom-made Leather Goods.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. The Returns & Exchanges Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.
3. Refund Timelines and Methods
After we receive and approve your return:
- Refunds: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Exchanges: We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for changed-mind returns.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).
