Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and process your order before it ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after it ships.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way so you can follow its journey to you.
Our Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your gear. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange most new, unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Helmets that have been removed from their original packaging.
- Bats that show any signs of use (like ball marks, scratches) or have been removed from their original packaging.
- Any personalized or custom-made Leather Goods.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The Return/Exchange Process
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll respond within 48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.
Refunds: Timelines & Methods
After we receive and approve your return:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as possible. Standard or free shipping charges will apply based on the new order value.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to a change of mind.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product).
