• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Rawin Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most new, unused items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Helmets removed from original packaging
• Bats showing signs of use (ball marks, scratches) or removed from packaging
• Personalized or custom-made leather goods
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)

To initiate a return or exchange:

5.4 Refunds

• Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind
